Healthy Chicken Salad made simply with pressure-cooked shredded chicken.
- 1.5 lbs. chicken breast
- 1/2 Cup red grapes halved
- 1/3 Cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 Chopped celery
- 1/4 Cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 Cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

- Pressure cook chicken breast on manual high for 10 minutes with full natural release.

- Add Greek yogurt, parsley, dill, and sea salt.
- Stir to combine ingredients.
