 2 cups Frozen or fresh strawberries
 3 cups Fresh Peaches with skin on
 1 tbsp Organic wildflower honey

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. My Baking sheet is 13x18".
3. Combine fruit and honey in a high powered blender.
4. Using rubber spatula scrape down the sides until completely combined.
5. Blend until smooth.
6. Pour the mixture on to the prepared baking sheet and gently smooth out with a rubber spatula.
7. Bake for 4-5 hours. When the edges start to curl up slightly and fruit is slightly tacky.
8. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
9. If your fruit leather is still slightly tacky in some spots leave out to completely dry.
10. Cut into desired shapes and roll up with parchment paper and store in an air tight container for about a week.
